Find and download documents

Forms, handbooks, meeting minutes, and flyers — where your school's shared files live and how to get them onto your device.

The documents area is your school’s shared filing cabinet — the permission slip you need tonight, last month’s meeting minutes, the volunteer handbook — without digging through email attachments or “who has the latest version?” threads.

Find a document

  1. Open Documents from the main menu.
  2. Browse the categories your school has set up — often by topic (Forms, Board, Events) or by year.
  3. Tap a document to open it.

Whatever’s in the app is the current version — that’s the point of keeping files here rather than in email threads.

Download to your device

Open the document and use Download. On a phone, it lands wherever your phone puts downloads (Files on iPhone, the Downloads folder on Android); from there you can print it, share it, or fill it out.

For quick reference you don’t need to download at all — opened documents are viewable right in the app.

If you can’t find something

  • Try the category you’d least expect — filing taxonomies are a matter of opinion.
  • Check whether it arrived as an announcement attachment instead — some schools attach one-off flyers to the announcement rather than filing them.
  • Ask in the relevant channel — someone else has needed the same form.
