See what's new and send feedback
Release notes, the roadmap, known issues, and a place to suggest features or report a problem — the Product Hub is Lumicura's own front door.
Lumicura improves every few weeks, and it has one place where you can see that happening — and talk back. Open your account menu, choose About, and under Help & feedback you’ll find links to this help site, What’s new, and Report a problem. They lead to Lumicura’s Product Hub, which uses your same sign-in.
What’s there
- What’s new — release notes for the platform: what changed, in plain language. If a feature looks different this week, this is where it’s explained.
- Roadmap — where the platform is headed: what’s being considered, planned, in progress, and shipped. Timing always subject to change, as roadmaps are.
- Known issues — problems Lumicura is aware of, with workarounds where they exist. Check here before reporting; your bug may already be listed, and “recently resolved” tells you what a new release fixed.
- Feature requests — suggest an improvement, and upvote the ideas you want most. Requests are visible to Lumicura users at every school (your name shows as first name plus last initial), and votes genuinely inform the roadmap.
- Report a problem — something broken or behaving oddly? Say what happened, what you expected, and how bad it is. Reports go directly and privately to the Lumicura team — they’re never posted publicly.
- My submissions — everything you’ve sent, and where it stands.
The one distinction worth remembering
The Product Hub is for Lumicura itself — the tool. Questions about your school (how many hours you owe, why an event moved, who runs the gala) belong with your school: its Knowledge Base in the app, its office, its board. A feature request reaches Lumicura’s developers; it can’t reach your school’s board.
